The short version
BRANN GM Football ’26 runs on your device and plays offline. The app doesn’t require an account, doesn’t show ads and doesn’t collect your personal information. On this website, we only collect your name and email if you choose to join our email list. We never sell your information.
1. The app
The app does not collect personal information. Your leagues, rosters, saves and settings are stored only on your device. If you enable iCloud backup, Apple may back that data up under Apple’s own privacy policy. We cannot see it.
2. Purchases
The app is a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. Apple processes payment. We do not receive your name, payment details or Apple ID.
3. Ads, tracking and analytics
There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no third-party tracking in the app. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
4. Our email list (website)
If you sign up on branngm.com, we collect your first name, last name and email address. We use them only to send you BRANN GM news, such as game updates, new releases and community packs.
- We collect this only when you enter it and press the sign-up button.
- Your details are stored in our website’s email system (MailPoet, on our WordPress site) and with our web host.
- We don’t sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can leave the list at any time.
- To see, correct or delete your details, email contact@branngm.com and we’ll do it within 30 days.
- We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
5. Cookies on this website
The website uses a small number of cookies that it needs to work, for example to remember that you already closed or completed the sign-up pop-up so it doesn’t show again. We don’t use advertising cookies.
6. Community packs
Community packs are made and hosted by their creators on their own storage and shared on Reddit. BrannGM.com does not host, review or store community files. Packs you import into the app stay on your device and are never uploaded by the game. Don’t put personal information in packs you share.
7. Contacting support
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and we don’t share them.
8. Children
The app and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them, and children under 13 should not join our email list. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete their details.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
